Your privacy matters. I collect personal information solely to fulfill orders and provide a better experience on this site. Your data is kept secure and confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process your order.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Physical orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping Methods: Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Domestic Shipping: Available to all 50 states and US territories.
International Shipping: As of December 13, 2024, I am no longer able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements. For customers outside these regions, please contact me at hello@empowerapothecary.com for shipping details.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Return & Refund Policy
Non-Returnable Items: Due to their personal and energetic nature, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Crystals, herbs, oils, and other metaphysical products

Tarot and oracle readings of any kind

Digital downloads and printables
Returnable Items: Unopened and unused physical items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they do not all into the non-returnable categories above.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact me at hello@empowerapothecary.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, ship the item back at your own expense. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the item. I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Tarot Reading Policies & Disclaimers
The tarot reading services offered by Empower Apothecary are more akin to life coaching than fortune telling. My readings are designed to help you reflect on your path, clarify your intentions, and identify actions that support your personal and spiritual growth. They do not predict the future with certainty and should not be relied upon in place of professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Entertainment & Jurisdiction Disclaimer: Pursuant to applicable laws in certain jurisdictions, tarot readings must be disclosed as being for entertainment purposes only. If such a law applies in your location, you are hereby notified. By purchasing a reading, you confirm that tarot reading services are legal where you are located.
Confidentiality: I exercise reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your reading and will not voluntarily disclose your identity or the contents of your reading to third parties. However, I reserve the right to disclose information if I genuinely believe it is necessary to prevent imminent harm to you or another person, to comply with applicable law or legal process, or to protect Empower Apothecary against claims. Please note that no legally recognized privilege exists between a tarot professional and client.
Refund Policy for Readings: All readings are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. If your reading has not yet been performed or has been canceled prior to commencement, a full refund will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with your reading, please contact me at hello@empowerapothecary.com and I will do my best to reach an agreeable resolution.
Reading Delivery: Readings are delivered via email within the timeframe specified on each individual listing. Orders placed after 8 pm CST will be processed the following business day. I do not perform readings on Sundays.
Code of Ethical Conduct: A copy of Empower Apothecary's Code of Ethical Conduct for Tarot Professionals is available upon request. Please email hello@empowerapothecary.com to receive a copy.
By purchasing a reading, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms.
Metaphysical Product Disclaimer
All metaphysical products, including crystals, herbs, ritual oils, spell kits, and related items, are intended for personal and spiritual use.
